Whilst we try to keep rules to a minimum - relying on the common sense of our members - we have a number of rules in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of our members when attending parties:
You must be at least 18 years of age to join the club. We require ID that provides proof of age and address. A new style driving licence has both. If you do not have a driving licence please bring a passport/ID card and a utility bill / bank statement. Credit or Debit Cards are NOT acceptable ID.
Membership is COMPULSORY. We do not give out our address or postcode to you until we receive your membership application by email or you join online at www.thefclub.com. Please ensure you complete the membership application form clearly and fully in block capitals in black ink (if you are not typing). If you do not have access to the internet we will post you a membership form. Please fill this in and post it to TFC, Suite 37, Wey House, 15 Church Street, Weybridge, KT13 8NA. Please email or send us a passport photo for each applicant. We ask Members NOT to give the club address to anyone. If non members turn up at the door without going through the membership application process and pre-book they will be refused entry and photographed. Unless we know you or you are introduced by a Member please allow at least 24 HOURS for your application to be processed.
Please book for events. This helps us to manage ratios and to provide sufficient soft drinks. For some events it is essential that single men pre-book.
No one will be admitted to the club without a Membership card or ID. Membership cards are strictly non-transferable. Membership can be cancelled at any time at the Managementís discretion. If you are visiting the club for the first time you must bring ID for each person. You will be given a Membership card on the night
We close the doors for arrivals at 11pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Sundays and 1am on Fridays & Saturdays.
The F Club is a NON SMOKING venue as per the law. There are no facilities for smokers inside the venue and the NO SMOKING RULE must be strictly adhered to. Smokers may smoke outside the building in the car park and a small gazebo is provided.
Please be courteous at all times. All behaviour is only acceptable if it is consensual. If you wish to join another single, couple, or group always ask permission and please accept gracefully, if declined. Do not touch a lady without asking and being given permission or without being invited to do so. Remember that NO MEANS NO! Anyone forcing their unwanted attentions on others or creating a nuisance will be evicted and their Membership will be cancelled.
No cameras or recording devices of any kind are allowed on the premises. The club occasionally has official photographers to take photographs for our website and other scene websites and promotional purposes. They will wear a badge with The F Club logo on one side and Official Club Photographer on the other. The club has no other photographic, video, film, CCTV, webcam or other recording device inside the club.
Please do not bring valuables to The F Club. We will not be held responsible for any loss
Do not bring mobile phones inside the club, please leave them in your car. If you are using public transport please lock your phone in a locker
Confidentiality and privacy must be respected at all times
Unless we have a Licence to sell alcohol, which is usually on special occasions such as New Year's Eve, you may bring your own alcohol. We sell a wide selection of soft drinks so DO NOT BRING THESE. If soft drinks are brought into the club they will be confiscated by Security.
The Management / Security reserve the right to search bags or persons when entering the club or at any time during the evening
The Management will not be held liable or responsible for any loss or injury sustained by anyone whilst attending a party or event
The Management reserve the right to refuse entry and to evict a person at their sole discretion
The F Club is a non profit making business; we organise parties and events for our Members and any party contributions are used to offset the high running costs of the parties, administration and organisation costs plus investment in our facilities, props, equipment, lighting, sound, furniture etc. etc. etc.
Specialist items of erotic play furniture and equipment are provided for your enjoyment. Please ask for a demonstration or assistance if you are a novice or unsure how to use any of the items. Please leave all equipment the way you like to find it - antibacterial wipes are freely available and there are a number of discreetly positioned containers for disposal.
When enjoying Fetish nights Members agree to adhere to a Safe, Sane and Consensual Behaviour Code of play. If you choose to exchange power as a submissive you agree to ensure that the Dominant knows your wishes, limitations and safe word. If you are taking a Dominant role you agree to ensure that you understand the submissive's wishes, limitations and request a safe word for play. When enjoying Fetish play you agree not to injure or in any way cause any bodily harm to another individual or yourself
Our Parties are for Members who are part of the Swinging and / or Fetish Communities (Liberated Lifestyles Scene). Offering or taking money or benefits in kind for any services rendered is strictly FORBIDDEN. Sex between consenting adults in a bone fide private members club such as ours is perfectly legal however if we suspect that someone is attempting to operate as a prostitute or someone is inducing another person to provide them with sexual services, participants will be evicted immediately and their membership will be cancelled.

PRIVACY POLICY
We want you to be confident in choosing The F Club to enjoy yourself online or at our parties with like minded adults. We know that the majority of our Members wish to keep their lifestyle choices private and do not want their friends, family and colleagues to know about them. We also understand that some of our Members, whilst attending the venue as a Couple, may not necessarily be married to each other or full time partners
For these and reasons of professional courtesy and respect for our Members we have a put a number of systems in place to protect your privacy and we employ a specialist IT consultant to look after our IT, web hosting and database systems.
Our database is kept off site on our secure server and accessed via the internet with substantial firewalls and password protection in place to protect the information
If you wish to be known ONLY by your Scene Name, please indicate this on your Membership Form and let us know your wishes when you attend the club for the first time.

You can choose to have NO CONTACT. Please indicate this on your Membership Application Form In order to avoid unwelcome contact it is essential that you subscribe to our FREE Mailing List yourself. You are NOT automatically added to the Mailing List by becoming a Member. Therefore please click here and sign up for FREE mailings and invitations if you wish to do so or indicate this on your membership form.
AOL users - please note that you will need to place our email address in your address book as AOL automatically blocks replies from mail lists. Alternatively register with a different provider for your club mailings, invitations and updates
Please note that we do not send any communication by post as a rule. However, for those people who can only be contacted by mail we will send updates occasionally.
There may be a reason to call you on your contact number to update you urgently. Also in the future we may notify you of parties and special invites via your mobile if you have chosen this form of contact. Please indicate if you are happy to receive calls to your contact number on the Membership form

Members Area on our Website
All Members have been vetted - this means that you: Are already known to someone on the Membership Committee Have been introduced by another Member who vouches for you Have completed the membership application process Have provided ID with proof of age and address on your first visit to The F Club.
Only people who have been through the full joining process will be given access to the Members Area. Therefore you can be assured that everyone who has access to the Members Area is genuinely on the scene and an approved member of our club.
